As a massage therapist for over 30 years, I have seen the results of using acupressure for migraines and headaches, true deep tissue massage for the relief of muscle pain and stiffness, and addressing pain from over use and arthritis or muscle spasms. I have trained in Modalities that address a range of problems from frozen shoulder, back pains, restricted movement, to depression, stress and anger. I tailor each massage session to meet the client's needs, from pain relief to stress relief.
